RHODA'S RESTAURANT
Located slopeside in the Resort Center, Rhoda's is open from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 10am-3pm on Sundays, beginning June 28th, 2012. Lunches feature great soups, chili and overstuffed sandwiches in a quiet sit-down atmosphere. Take in the action at the base of Al's Run while sitting on Rhoda's outside deck. Dining is casual yet comfortable with a full bar, wine list and carefully selected micro-brews. Rhoda's is an easy stroll from any of the Ski Valley lodges or condos. Reservations are welcome.
STRAY DOG CANTINA
Stray Dog Cantina has been serving delicious Northern New Mexican food and drinks for 20 years. We are especially famous for our red & green chile (100% flame roasted), chile rellenos, great burgers, and breakfast burritos. Our bar offers a wide selection of bottled beers, locally brewed draft beer, as well as a full bar - home of our renowned Margaritas.

THE BAVARIAN LODGE & RESTAURANT
The gourmet menu features refined German dishes that are hearty but never heavy, a perfect way to enjoy a midday respite or replenish your strength after an active day on the ski slopes or the hiking trails. Choose among such offerings as Sauerbraten, Wienerschnitzel, or Käsespätzle, accompanied by a selection from our fine wine list or one of our specially imported beers from the Spaten Brewery in Munich. We also feature a full bar. For those who prefer a more American meal, we offer salads, sandwiches, and burgers. In summer, our restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday, 11:30 until 4:30 for lunch and starting dinner at 5:30 until closing.

CAFÉ NARANJA at the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa
The café serves fresh juices, a full espresso bar, freshly-made croissants, full breakfasts, homemade soups, and hot sandwiches to fuel you before a day in Taos Ski Valley’s. Packaged beer, wine, and liquor are available at local prices.
